We offer our customers (Nachoguitar Club members) a wide array of available specifications, which are clearly and thoroughly explained in detail, as every guitar is made to order following each customer’s preferences.
All our guitars are sold as is and are clearly identified and represented as Nachoguitars, not to be mistaken for models by other brands or manufacturers.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All contents of this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, layout, structure, source code, and other elements, are the property of Manfredo Music. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification thereof is strictly prohibited without the express prior authorization of the rights holder.

8. Legal Disclaimer for Modified Gibson Guitars
This disclaimer applies to modified Gibson Les Paul guitars sold by Nachoguitars/Manfredo Music SL in Spain.
8.1 Original Gibson Product
The guitar being sold as a Nachoburst conversion is a genuine Gibson Les Paul Standard 50s HCS made in the USA, acquired through authorized Gibson distributors. Original factory documentation, including a photo of the original state and the factory certificate with serial number, is included.
8.2 Modifications and Customizations
Modifications were independently performed by Manfredo Music SL at the Nachoguitar facility in Spain. These include a deeper body top dish, refinishing, and component replacements. The body shape and neck outline remain unchanged, and the original Gibson logo remains intact.
8.3 Loss of Original Serial Number
During modification, the original serial number may have been lost or obscured. However, documentation included with the purchase confirms authenticity, with visual proof of the original state and factory-issued serial number.
8.4 No Affiliation with Gibson
Manfredo Music SL and Nachoguitars are not affiliated with, endorsed, or authorized by Gibson Musical Instruments. All modifications are carried out independently.
8.5 Accuracy and Representation
We represent these guitars as authentic Gibson Les Paul instruments that have been modified. Buyers are encouraged to review all included documentation and inspect the instrument prior to purchase.
8.6 Limitation of Liability
Manfredo Music SL assumes no liability for confusion regarding the origin or nature of the modified guitar. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the modifications performed and understands the guitar is no longer a factory-original model.
